1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lumen Social ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lumen Social is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps marketing teams plan content strategies, generate creative assets, schedule publications, and manage conversations across third-party social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp), with assistance from artificial intelligence models.

3. Account Registration

Access to the Service requires an invitation from Lumen Social or its authorized administrator. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or content that violates the policies of the connected social media platforms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Cloud API) and TikTok via their official APIs. You acknowledge that:

• Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service and policies of each third-party platform
• We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, behavior, or changes
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the third-party platforms' rules

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Lumen Social a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and publish through the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Lumen Social and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Lumen Social's trademarks or branding.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, and other content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unintended outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it to third-party platforms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumen Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
